quotes I've used the E13 LG1 old style for going on 4years now, had some massive hits on the taco, never had any damage to the ISCG tabs or the component itself. The chainguide itself looks damn good but as mentioned why have only half covered when you can get a full bash ring that weighs the same as one segment, get a bashring and make it lighter by drilling some bleeding holes in it, but honestly how many people would ACTUALLY notice a few grams difference?

quotes it is a better post? used sdg posts since i started downhilling about 4years ago, never a problem with them at all i agree @NoSkidMarks, whats the point in spending upwards of £70 of a thomson post to then spend god knows how much on an adapter for an i-beam saddle when you in actual fact most shops will do a deal on both seatpost and saddle which works out about the same as a thomson post!!!
